Group Health/Medical

Dental
There are various options available for this important benefit: traditional, DMO and PPO. Voluntary dental plans are becoming increasingly more popular in the market today as it gives employees choices and shifts the financial responsibility away from the employer. When done on a pre-tax basis, the cost to the employees can be minimal. Whether it is employer paid, or a voluntary benefit, we can tailor a dental plan for almost every situation.

Vision
Many of the medical plans do not offer a well-rounded vision benefit as part of the plan. We can provide a complimentary, stand-alone vision plan that will provide much stronger vision coverage for your employees.

Group Life and A.D. & D.
Life insurance with Accidental Death and Dismemberment is a benefit almost every employer can afford to offer. In many cases, a company-sponsored life insurance policy is the only life coverage an employee has. Voluntary life insurance can be quite inexpensive in a group setting.

Cafeteria Plans
Sometimes referred to as a Cafeteria Plan, Flex Plan, or a Section 125 Plan, this plan allows employees to set aside pre-tax dollars from each paycheck into an account. During the year, participants have access to this account for reimbursement of expenses that insurance does not cover. The money, which is set aside by the employees, can be used for things such as employee portions of insurance premiums, unreimbursed medical expenses such as deductibles or prescription drugs, dependent care coverage, and adoption costs. These plans benefit both the employer and the employees with tax savings on these dollar amounts.

Long-Term Care
Skilled nursing care can be very costly, so many of our clients are protecting themselves by purchasing a long-term care policy. The policies can be tailored to meet just about any budget. With the average lifespan increasing, long-term care insurance is something for everyone to consider.

Disability
Long-term and short-term disability insurance provides individuals with financial security if they become disabled, whether it is covering a pregnancy leave or an extended absence due to something more serious. There is a wide variety of disability products that can be sold as an employer paid benefit or as a voluntary benefit.
